ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 20 FOOT
ALLEYWAY IN BLOCK 9 AND BETWEEN
LOTS 3 THRU 8 OF BLOCK 8 OF THE
HASTINGS THIRD ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 20 foot alleyway in Block 9 and the
20 foot alleyway between Lots 3 thru 8 in Block 8 of the
Hastings 3rd Addition be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated alleyways is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on /~;9~ ~ /
