Attorney Steve Gross, Mayor Deborah Stinson
The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
The Minutes of February 22, 2016 meeting were unanimously approved.
Mayor Deborah Stinson, City Manager David Timmons and City Attorney Steve Gross addressed the Board regarding potential
changes to the rules and regulation concerning advisory boards. They highlighted Council’s concerns regarding Public Records Act and Open Public Meetings Act compliance, work plans, tasking requests, agendas, term limits, email correspondence,
meeting times and accessibility and communications with Council and sought input from the Board.
The next meeting will take place on Monday, April 25th, at 3:30 p.m. at the Library Learning Center.
The meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
