Site Specific "Formal" Amendments
To The City Of Port Townsend Comprehensive Plan
Year 2017
The City of Port Townsend is accepting"formal"applications requesting site-specific amendments to the text of the
comprehensive plan or to the land use/zoning maps. Any proponent of a land development project and/or property
owner or their authorized representative may file an application. A filing fee and SEPA Checklist must accompany
the application. Formal applications,which are properly and timely filed,will be subject to environmental review
and public hearings with a final decision targeted for September of 2017.
Applications are available from the offices of Development Services Department,250 Madison Street, Suite 3,Port
Townsend,WA 98368. Please submit the applications to Judy Surber,Planning Manager/Senior Planner,at the
