AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE
SUM OF $350.00 FROM THE MEMORIAL
FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN ~S FO~J~OWs:
Section 1. The sum of THREE ~JNDP~D FIFTY DOLLARS ($350.00) is here and hereby
appropriated as a supp!emental' to the-~983~ Budget of the City of Port Townsend
in the Memorial *Fund "for the' purchase ~of agr~i6~uttural supplies which would be
funded from donations received d~ring 1982.
SeGtion 2. There is here and hereby found and declared to be an emergency
requiring the aforegoin~-,appropriation to the 1983 budget for the City of
Port Townsend.
Section 31. This ordinance shall take effect .upon its passage,, approval and
~blication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for' the first time on November 15, 1983.
Read-for the ~econd and third times, passed by the Council and approved~:by
the Mayor on December 6, 1983.
