AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.02 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1527
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4.02 of Ordinance No. 1527 is here and
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 4.02. The permit fee and connection charges, payable
by each property owner seeking to connect to the city system of
sewers, imposed pursuant to RCW 56.08.010, shall be as follows:
(1) Multiple dwellings, a~artments, and
trailer courts one hundred dollars for
each unit, apartment or trailer stall.
(~ Single family residences: One hundred
dollars.
(13) Commercial buildings, including schools,
churches, and all other nonresidential
structures one hundred dollars, plus
one cent per square foot of floor
space, with a maximum fee of one hundred-
fifty dollars per separate structure."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1984,
after passage approval and publication as required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor on December 20, 1983.
