Is there a not-to exceed budget?
No not-to-exceed budget at this time.
Is the City looking at this project as a way to draw outsiders to Port Townsend or
only for internal communications within the community?

Are resumes for key personnel included in the 10-page limit?
They should be included in the 10 page submission. If you interview with us you can bring in
additional information and cover their expertise in the interview.
