AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1626
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1626, as amended by
Ordinance No. 1828 is here and hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. Application fee for applications for street vacations,
rezones, conditional use permits and variances shall be paid at
the time the application is submitted, and shall be as follows:
(a)For street vacations, the sum of
one hundred fifty dollars;
(b)For rezones, the sum of one hundred
fifty dollars;
(c)For conditional use permits, the sum
of one hundred fifty dollars;
(d) For variances, the sum of one hundred
fifty dollars."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on January
1, 1984, after passage, approval and publication as required by
law.
