AN ORDINANCE VACATING 20 FEET OF PEARY
STREET AND ALLEY IN BLOCK IN BLOCK 75
IN FOWLER PARK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That.twenty (20) foot portion of Peary
Street and that porti~m of the alley running through Lots
1,2,3,&4 of Block 75 in the Fowler Park Addition be and the
same are here and hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated alley is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the
