AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING A PORTION OF SECTION.2 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1972.
CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CiTY OF PORT TOWNSEND, I~N--RF~UA~%--~ESStO~
~BLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Sect!ion 2 of Ordinance 1972 shall be
stricken, and in its place the following shall be inserted:

"Section 2.This Ordinance shall only be effective upon the
proper recording of a 40 foot wide traffic and utility eas-
ement from Discover.y Road to 14 th Street, the Westerly
boundary of which s~all be DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Section 9, Township 30
North, Range 1 West~ Willamette Meridian, from which the
Northerly 1/4 corne~ Bears S.89°-16'-38"W. and lies
2685.01 feet distant; thence S.89°-16'-38"W., along
the Northerly Limitl

of said Eisenbeis Plat; thence S.89°-39'-34"W., along
the Northerly Margin of 14 th Street as dedicated in the
plat of'W.C. Hammond's Addition to the City of Port Townsend'
as recorded in Volu~e 2, at page 37, ReCords of Jefferson
County, Washington,lia distance of 124.00 feet to the

of said W. C. Hammond's Addition and TRUE POINT OF BEGINN-
