AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCKS 70, 71, 72 AND 168 OF
HASTINGS 2nd ADDITION, EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS NORTH
OF THE STATE HIGHWAY, FROM M-I TO C-II AND AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held and appropriate
findings made, as provided by Ordinance No. 1625,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGUL~_R SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City is here and
hereby amended to change from M-I to C-II zoning those lands in
Port Townsend, described as follows:
(A) Blocks 70, 71, 72, and 168 of Hastings 2nd Addition,
except that portion North of the State Highway.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on ~l~ ~ ,
