AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY BETWEEN
HANCOCK AND SHERMAN STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The alley in Block 10, of Hastings Third
Addition, between Hancock Street and Sherman Street be and the
same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side of the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated alley is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor of May 15, 1984.
