HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995 Parking Limits ORDINANCE NO. /~q ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS PERTAINING TO PARKING LIMITS ON CITY STREETS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance 1108, Section 1, as amended by Ordinance 1812, Section 1 and Ordinance 1829, Section 1, and Section 10.04.190 of the Municipal Code of the City of Port Townsend, are amended to read as follows: 10.04.190 Two-hour parking limit. It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park any motor vehicle continuously at the same place for more than two hours between the hours of nine a.m. and five p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays, on the following described streets of the city: (1) On Water Street from Harrison Street to(M~e)Madison Street; Street; (2) On Taylor Street from Front Street to Washington Dave Grot;e, ~ity Clerk (3) On Adams Street from Front Street to Washington Street; (4) On Washington Street from(~ay~8~ Tyler Street to ~A~am$~ ~uincy Street(~-a~-~he-N~h-~e-~m-~~-S~ee~-~ ~y~e~-S~ee~; (5) On Lawrence Street from Polk Street to Taylor Street; (6) On Tyler Street from Washington Street to Front Street and from Lincoln Street to Clay Street; (7) On Quincy Street from Washington Street to Water Street; (8) On Polk Street from Water Street to Washington Street. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage approval and publication in the form and manner prescribed by law.
