OF $9890.00 TO SUPPLEMENT THE 1984
BUDGET OF LIBRARY FUND, PARK FUND
AND CURRENT EXPENSE FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1) The sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY DOLLARS ($1070.00)
is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the 1984
budget of the City of Port Townsend in the Library Fund for
professional services (572.21.41) in the amount of $500.00 and
copy machine maintenance (572.22.48.04) in the amount ~of
$570.00 which would be funded by Kiwanis Club donations
(367.00) $500.00 and copy machine charges for services (341.86)
$570.O0.
Section 2) The sum of THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS
($3,820) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the
1984 budget of the City of Port Townsend in Park Fund for park
construction (575.10.65) which would be funded by state grant
(334.03.6) in the amount of $3,320.00 and lease payment (362,00)
in the amount of $500.00. ~
Section 3) The sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) is here
and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the 1984 budget.

vehicle purchase (521.20.66.01) which would be funded by
unappropriated beginning cash.
Section 4) There is here and hereby'found and declared ~to be
an emergency requiring the aforegoing appropriations to the
1984 budget for the City.of Port Townsend.
Section 5) This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form an manner provided by law.
Read for the first time on July 17, 1984.
Read for the second and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on August 7, 1984.
