AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM
OF $32,600 TO SUPPLEMENT THE 1984
BUDGET OF THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1) The sum of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
($32,600) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the
1984 budget of the City of Port Townsend in the Current Expense
Fund for the purchase of computer equipment and programing as
well as installation costs as folloWs:
Equipment Purchase $10,000
Programing 15,600
Installation and Moving Expenses 3,500
Maintenance Contract 3,500
TOTAL $32,600
Section 2) There is here and hereby found and declared to be an
emergency requiring the aforegoing appropriations to the 1984
budget of the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3) This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first time on August 21, 1984.
Read for the second and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on September 4, 1984.
