RATES FOR THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, BY
AMENDING SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NOS. 1875;
1737; 1656; 1425; 1347; and 1138; and SECTION
6.04.060 OF THE PORT TOWNSEND MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1138 of the City of Port
Townsend, as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance 1347; Section 1 of
Ordinance 1425; Section 1 of Ordinance 1656; Section 3 of Ordinance
1737; and Section 1 of Ordinance 1875; together with Section 6.04.060
of the Port Townsend Municipal Code, are here and hereby amended to
read as follows:

In cases where collection is required of a type or manner
not provided by the foregoing schedule, a charge based upon the
rates approved for the collector by the state of Washington shall
be applied.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall become effective on
1986.
October 1st

City Council for the City of Port Townsend, and approved by the
Mayor this 16th day of September, 1986.
