RESOLUTION NO. 16-025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON,APPOINTING AN INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS,RCW 35A.13.150(3) authorizes the City Council to designate a qualified
administrative officer to perform the duties of the City Manager during the City Manager's
absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that Kenneth H. Clow is designated as the Acting City Manager from May 29, 2016
through June 27, 2016 or until the return of City Manager David Timmons to the office,
whichever is earlier.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 16th day of May, 2016.
