MEMBERS PRESENT: Sarah Fairbank, Sarah McNulty, Sidonie Wilson, Ann Raymond (Chair),
MEMBER(S) EXCUSED: Ellen Frick, Mysti Willmon, Ian Keith
STAFF PRESENT: Library Director Melody Eisler; Deputy City Clerk Joshua Stecker
The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
The Minutes of November 23, 2015 were unanimously approved with typographical revisions.
The scheduled work session on Community Conversations was postponed until the next meeting.
Library Director Melody Eisler updated the board on new employees and upcoming events, including a Library Open
House, the Community Read Kickoff and a Caspar Babypants concert. She also reported on Library Foundation
donations of automatic door openers and wayfinding signage.
Public Comment: Robert Gray invited the Library to have a presence in the Arts Building at the County Fair this year.
The next meeting will take place on Monday, February 22, at 3:30 p.m. at the Library Learning Center.
The meeting adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
