MEMBERS PRESENT: Sarah Fairbank, Sarah McNulty, Sidonie Wilson, Ann Raymond (Chair), Mysti Willmon
MEMBER(S) EXCUSED: Ellen Frick
STAFF PRESENT: Library Director Melody Eisler; Deputy City Clerk Joshua Stecker
The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
The Minutes of January 25, 2016 meeting were unanimously approved.
Phyllis Marckworth updated the Board on the fundraising activities of the Friends of the Port Townsend Library.
Melody Eisler updated the Board on the potential of procuring museum passes for lending as part of next year’s
budget from the Friends of the Port Townsend Library.
The Board reviewed the 2015 Library statistics and discussed the potential for reporting to the Leader and other news
outlets.
Melody Eisler updated the Board on the upcoming Community Read events.
The Board reviewed the process for implementing the Harwood Institute’s Community Conversations program.
The next meeting will take place on Monday, March 28th, at 3:30 p.m. at the Library Learning Center.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
