Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
Approval of Minutes: January 6, 2016 The Minutes were unanimously approved with revisions.
Kristina Whipple presented an application for funding of
$2,000 for OCEAN’s production of The Neverending
Story.
The Commission unanimously approved funding of $1400 for the
production with the condition that the Commission’s logo be used in
printed materials.
The Commission reviewed a revised application for
funding from the Community Boat Project.
The Commission unanimously approved funding of $1500 for the
project.
The Commission reviewed a revised application for
funding from Arts to Elders for performances during the
2016 calendar year.
The Commission unanimously approved funding of $1000 for the
performances.
The Commission reviewed an application for funding
from Kiwanis for their Stars of Tomorrow program.
The Commission declined to take action on the application until
receiving further details on budget and publicity. Stan Rubin will
contact the applicant.
