CITY COUNCIL
MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING OF JANUARY 13, 2008
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in special session the thirteenth
day of January 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in the third floor conference room of City Hall,
Mayor Michelle Sandoval presiding.
ROLL CALL
Council members present at roll call were, Brent Butler, David King, Laurie Medlicott,
George Randels, Catharine Robinson, Michelle Sandoval, and Mark Welch
Staff members present were City Manager David Timmons, Planning Director Rick
Sepler, and City Clerk Pam Kolacy
FERRY GOALS AND STRATEGIES
City Manager David Timmons stated the purpose of the special meeting is to adopt,
in rough form, the goals and strategies developed by the Council at the prior
workshop session.

Motion.' Mr. Welch moved to approve the goals and strategy plan as articulated
during the workshop meeting held just prior to the current meeting (January 73,
2008). Mr. Randels seconded. The motion carried unanimously, 7-0, by voice
vote.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:11 p.m.
