Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. Board members present were Chair Rosemary
Sikes, Debbie Jahnke, Ron Sikes, Jim Todd and Ed Robeau, with Jason Cecil excused. Staff
present were Parks and Facilities Manager Alex Wisniewski, Pool Manager Anji Cael and
Deputy City Clerk Joshua Stecker.
Approval of Agenda
The 2015 Memorial Program report was postponed until the March meeting at the request of
Parks and Facilities Manager Alex Wisniewski.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the January 27, 2015, Regular Meeting were approved with typographical
changes.
Public Comment
Robert Gray commented on Parkside Park.
Staff Report
Alex Wisniewski updated the board on the Mountain View master plan, Parkside Park, the
potential for a new bike park, dog park design and operation, and the adopt a park program. Anji
Cael gave an update on the Mountain View Pool.
Arbor Day Planning
Rosemary Sikes will request an Arbor Day proclamation be read at the April 20 City Council
Meeting. She will also coordinate a cleanup day at Kah Tai Park on April 19. Robert Gray
volunteered to organize a cleanup day at Bishop Park on April 18.
Next Meeting
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be on March 24, 2015.

The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
