AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT =TO WNSAND iDTHORIZING

The City Council of the City of Port Townsend , Washington, in
regular session assembled, do ordain as follows :
Section 1. There is here and hereby created , and authorized to
act, a ply nning Goavission, which shall be an instrumentality of the
City of Port Townsund, and which shall be formed and shall operate
pursuant to the Laws of the State of hLshingtoa of 1935, Chapter 44,
and the Sessions Laws of 1957, Chapter 130.
Section 2. The membership of said Commission shall be limited
to 7 ( seven) , in number, and the Mayor shall submit his appointments
thereto within one (1) month from the date hereof.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage , approval and publication in the form and manner
required by law.
Read for the first, second and third time , qpproved b: the Layor
and passed by the Council at a regular session of the City Council
held on this 6th day of November 1962.
