AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 2054, BY PROVIDING A MINIMUM STORM
WATER UTILITY RATE FEE FOR COMMERCIAL/MULTIPLE
PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in regular
session assembled, do ordain as follows:
Sectio~ 1
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2054, is here and hereby amended
to read as follows:
SectiQn 4 Comme_rci~l./Multiple Fee_s.~ The monthly fee for
all commercial/multiple property shall be according to the following
formula:

Section 2
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publicati¢)n in the manner provided by law.
