3. Approval of April 22, 2014 minutes.

5. PRT work plan 2014:
a. Volunteers for our parks-
i. Next work party at Kah Tai Park on Sunday, June 29 from
9am-noon, weed removal, and garbage pick up. Report on
May 25 work party. (Rosemary)
ii. Sather Park work parties. (Debbie)
iii. Report on Haller Fountain work party May 18. (Rosemary)
b. Update on progress at Parkside. (Debbie)
c. Update on RCO grant effort for trails. (Debbie)
d. Update on dog park information. (Debbie and Judy)
6. Discussion about staff recommended activities for PRTAB. (Judy Surber's
email)
7. Discussion about naming of parks. (Debbie)
8. Issues and changes that need to be considered for inclusion in future
parks plan updates (ie., new park and open space facilities, grants,
changed conditions in existing parks, etc.).
9. Next regularly scheduled PRTAB meeting Tuesday July 22 from 4:30-
6pm? Future Meeting Agenda Items:
a. Are certain trees better at absorbing CO2? (Climate Action
Committee)
b. Start early 2015 for grants.
10.Visitor and PRT board comment— 3 min per person.
