~ ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF THE RE~INING UNVACATED
~LEY WITHIN BLOCK 39 OF FOWLER'S P~K ADDITION.~'~.

DATETO THE ALLEY VAC*TION: AND ESTABLISHING AN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND~ IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED~ DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.. That all of that portion of the alley lying
wilthin B,lo¢k 39,Fowler's Park.Addition to the City of Port Town-
send, which portion was not vacated by City of Port Townsend
Ordinance Number 1831, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Se.ct~on 2. That the alley vacation aforementioned is
conditioned however upon the following:
(A) Ail fees and compensation pursuant to Chapter
12 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code must be paid by the
alley vacation applicant to the City Treasurer prior to the
recording of this ordinance with the Jefferson County Auditor.
Section ~.. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner pro-
vided by law, and after its being recorded with the Jefferson
County Auditor pursuant to Section 2 (A) of this Ordinance.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
City Council for the City of Port Townsend on
1987, and signed by the Mayor-of the City on~4~6~ /,/9~7 ,
1987.
