HomeMy WebLinkAbout2096 Salaries and Wages for City PositionsORDINANCE NO. 2096 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND WAGES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1988 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. From and after January 1, 1988 the salaries of the following city employees are fixed at not to exceed the following sums, which salaries shall be paid monthly: Mayor City Attorney Public Works Director Clerk-Treasurer Deputy Treasurer Police Chief Police Sergeant Patrolman 1st Class Patrolman 2nd Class Patrolman 3rd Class Meterperson Dispatcher Fire Chief Assistant Fire Chief Firefighter_lst Class Firefighter 2nd Class Firefighter 3rd Class Work Supervisor Heavy Equipment Op6rator Park Superintendent Park Assistant Administrative Assistant Water Superintendent Installer/Repairman Utility Accountant Treatment Plant Operator Billing Clerk Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Mechanic Deputy Clerk Light Equipment Operator Exective Administrative Assistant/planner 600.00 1~351.50 3,348.42 3,142.50 1,939.92 2,871.17 2,491.31 2,421.10 2,231.25 2,138.66 1,610.96 1,342.44 300.00 2,612.73 2,466.78 2,231.25 2,138.66 2,423.74 2,225.29 2,102.75 1,692.61 1,722.92 2,584.92 1,974.70 1,902.62 2,141.55 1,619.69 1,619.69 2,142.87 1,273.75 1,651.27 2,635.00 Section.2. Effective January 1, 1988 and thereafter the maximum hourly wage for non-salaried city employees shall be $15.30 and may be less where designated by the Mayor. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
