LOT 4 OF THE N~T~ON~L C~TY ~DD~T~ON ~1 TO THE C~TY OF
PORT TO~SEND~ ESTaBLISHiNG CONDiTiONS TO THE ~LLEy
V~C~T~ONI ~ND EST~BL~SHXNG ~N EFFECTIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TONNSEND~ IN REGULAR
SESSION ~SSEMBLED~ DO ORDAIN ~S FOLLONS~
Section 1: That that portion of the alley between Lots
5 through 11 inclusive, and Lots 12 through 17, inclusive,
within Block 4, National City Addition~#l to the City of Port
Townsend, which lies between Howard Street and the existing
Olympic Gravity Water System easement~easterly thereof, be
and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2: That the alley vacation aforementioned is
conditioned however upon the following:
(A) Ail fees and compensation pursuant to Chapter 12
of the Port Townsend Municipal Code must be paid by the alley
vacation applicant to the City Treasurer prior to the recording
of this ordinance with the Jefferson County Auditor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law, and after its being recorded with the Jefferson County
Auditor pursuant to Section 2 (A) of this Ordinance.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
City Council for the City of Port Townsend on ~~ /~! ~
