AN ORDIN CE VACATING TSAT COSt,OW LYING NORTHWEST OF AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 5 AND 6, '%~LQ~ '3 ~'< ~~ 6, PETTYGROVE'S FIRST ADDITION, WITH EXTENDS 100 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM THE INTERSECTION OF COSGROVE AND TYLER STREETS; ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS TO THE SYR~E~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That that portion of Cosgrove Street lying northwest of and adjacent to Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, Pettygrove's First Addition to the City of Port Townsend, which portion extends 100 feet northeasterly from the intersection of Cosgrove and Tyler Streets, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2: That the street vacation aforementioned is conditioned however upon the following: (A) Ail fees and compensation pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code must be paid by the street vacation applicant to the City Treasurer prior to the recording of this ordinance with the Jefferson County Auditor. Sec,~ipn, .3.: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its pass- age, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law, and after its being recorded with the Jefferson County Auditor pursuant to Section 2 (A) of this Ordinance.
