1. Call to order— roll call.
2. Approval of April 22, 2014 agenda.
3. Approval of March 25, 2014 minutes.
4. Staff report? (Steve Wright) Steve asked to be notified 2 days before
PRTAB meetings. Said he may attend, depending.
5. PRT work plan 2014:
a. Tree City USA-
i. National Arbor Day Friday April 25.
• Report on Arbor Day proclamation to be read at the
April 21 City Council meeting. (Rosemary)
• Report on tree walk at Bishop Park Tuesday April 22 at
9am. (Ron)
• Ron Sikes will lead the Fort Worden tree walk from the
Significant Tree Brochure Saturday April 26 at 9am.
• Sarah Fairbank will lead the uptown tree walk from the
Significant Tree Brochure Saturday April 26 at 1 lam.
• Saturday April 26 at 12:30pm a picnic lunch and plant a
pine tree from Chetzamoka nursery at Bobby
McGarraugh Park.
b. Volunteers for our parks-
i. Next work party at Kah Tai Park on Sunday, April 27 from
9am-noon, weed removal, and garbage pick up.
ii. Information about Sather Park work parties. (Debbie)
iii. Update on discussions about electronic volunteer software.

6. Update on progress toward RCO grant or grants (WWRP) for May 1
deadline, planning for RCO grant (RTP) for July 1 deadline. (Debbie)
7. Issues and changes that need to be considered for inclusion in future
parks plan updates (ie., new park and open space facilities, grants,
changed conditions in existing parks, etc.).
8. Future Meeting Agenda Items. Next regularly scheduled PRTAB meeting
Tuesday April 22 from 4:30-6pm?
9. Visitor and PRT board comment— 3 min per person.
