II. Approve minutes from last meeting, (Dan can you please circulate in advance?We can move
this item to end of meeting if necessary.
III. Meetings with artists
We must be very attentive to staying on time. I'd like for us to introduce ourselves to each artist
(name and position on ASP) and save time for questions from the artists. If there is research to
do or we don't have time to answer their questions, we'll follow up after the meeting.
