I see that the site plan shows retaining walls that were not in the original BLD submittal. Also, it appears that more impervious has been added to the site which may require a re-calculation of the impervious surface for stormwater. The site plan I have shows a circle indicating s"dry well". No calculations are with the plan. Are the retaining walls something that plan review would check for engineering, surcharge, etc? Maybe someone needs to check this out??? The site plan to which I refer is in the Thurston file, SDP05-011 if you're interested in looking at it.
