On May 30, 2006, Mac Wheeler paid $422.99 for building application BLD06 -100 for
plan review of a proposed accessory structure. That building application has now been
withdrawn.
Development Services Director Leonard Yarberry has approved an 80% refund of the
applicant's money.
Please refund $338.92 to:

The code for the refund would be 2010.

Dear Ms. Hall,
..ar4 not willing to place a restrictive covenant on our property, so we wish to
withdraw oiar�plans now. Since the City did very little work in regards to Plan Review
bas cagy bundled our plans up & sent them back to us, we request that most our plan
review fee of $422.89 be returned to us.
If we were to enter into a Restrictive Covenant, we are concerned that the City or others
might change the rules in the future and prohibit or restrict a future house on Lot 3. It is
unfortunate that I was not informed of this restrictive covenant early in the process but
rather learned of it after incurring the expense of Architect, Engineer and others.
Somehow the rules should be less complex, so that a person can understand what the
requirements are at the beginning of the process. It would be interesting to know why the
City requires this covenant, so a call in that regard would be appreciated?
