From: Leonard Yarberry
Subject: B1d06 -037
Based upon my review of the design and my visit to the site I do not believe that the project as
proposed would constitute an increase of non - conformity. The building has an existing parapet
like structure that current faces Blaine St. The proposal consists of the removal of the flat roof
and associated parapet. The new roof would slope up and away from Blaine St. creating less of a
nonconforming situation than presently exists.
