One extension may be granted for a period not to exceed one year with prior permission from the Port of Port Townsend. The permit extension fee is $47.00; contact the Development Services Department at 379 -5095 to request an extension. 2. Structure is unheated. 3. The storage of flammable products within a temporary structure is not allowed. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections are done by the Building Department within one year.
