GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. This permit expires one year from date of issuance. One extension may be granted for a period not to
exceed one year with prior permission from the Port of Port Townsend. The permit extension fee is
$47.00; contact the Development Services Department at 379 -5095 to request an extension.
2. Structure is unheated.
3. The storage of flammable products within a temporary structure is not allowed. On -site quantities and
storage of flammable products must be in approved Liquid Storage Cabinets per Uniform Fire Code
provisions. Contact Tom Aumock, Fire Department, at 385 -2626, with questions.

4. Revisions require submittal and approval prior to making changes in the field. Contact the
Development Services Department at 379 -5095 prior to making changes to the approved plans.
5. Re- inspection is required after inspection report corrections are completed.
6. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections are
done by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your
building permit active.
7. POST THIS PERMIT ON -SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
