dated October 22. 1990. ("Grantor") for the benefit of THE CITY OF PORT l[OWy0SEwJ0}. a
Washington municipal corporation and statutory city of the second n|aao, and its assigns
("Grantee").
For and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged byGrantor,
Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the perpetual right in the nature of an easement
twenty (20) feet in width ovS[. Upon. 8cnJsS, under and through the real property of Grantor, as
described in Exhibit /\ attached hereto and incorporated herein by this nefmnanoe, for the
construction, inato||atimn. Use, rnointenmOce, napair, and replacement of sanitary sewer line,
including a right of access through adjacent land of Grantor for construction purposes, such right
of access being limited to the duration of Grantee's construction activities. Grantee shall restore
Grantor's property to its condition immediately prior tVthe exercise of any rights granted hereby.
The easement hereby granted and conveyed is depicted in a sketch attached to this instrument as
Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference.

Trustee of the O'Neill Dianne Louchard 1990 Revocable Trust under agreement dated October
22, 1990, to be the free and voluntary act of such entity for the uses and purposes mentioned in
the instrument.

EXHIBIT A
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width within Lot 1 of Wayson's Subdivision Short Plat, as per
plat recorded in Volume 2 of Short Plats, page 37, records of Jefferson County, Washington,
said strip being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 of Wayson's Subdivision Short Plat,
as aforesaid, and thence in a Westerly direction along the North line of said lot to
a point 75.41 feet distant from said Northeast corner, said point being the True Point
of Beginning for this description; thence Southeasterly in a straight line to a point on
the East line of said lot which is 52.04 feet distant in a Southerly direction from said
Northeast corner; thence in a Southerly direction along said East line to a point
which is 76.1 feet distant from said Northeast corner; thence Northwesterly in a
straight line to a point on the North line of said lot which is 111.12 feet distant in a
Westerly direction from said Northeast corner; thence in an Easterly direction along
said North line to the True Point of Beginning and end of this description.
