RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
The Grantors, Wilbur E. Harms and Leila G. Harms, husband and
wife, for and in consideration to clear title of a certain easement
and right -of -way, do convey, transfer, release and reconvey to Kurt
Lamberton and Pat Lamberton, husband and wife, all of their right,
title and interest in and to that certain easement and rigr -t -of -way
described in that certain Statutory Warranty Deed recorded under
Auditor's File Number 156882, in Volume 147 of Deeds, page 67,
records of Jefferson County, Washington, and do hereby terminate
and abandon said easement,
