Box 104 Port Townsend, SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT Washington 98368 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That Kurt Lamber-LO d t '` Lamberton, husband and wife, of the City of Port Townsend County of Jefferson Washin on (hereinafter Grantor ) , for and in consideration of One Dollar ( $ 1 . 00 ) and other good and valuable consideration to it in cash in hand paid by the City of Port Townsend , a municipal corporation and city of the third class under the laws of Washington State (hereinafter Grantee ) , has granted , sold , transferred and conveyed , and by these presents does grant, sell , transfer and convey to the Grantee in perpetuity an Easement on, over, under and across the following described property situate in Jefferson County, Washington, to construct , install , main- tain , repair and operate , alter , renew, remove and replace under- ground sanitary sewer mains , pipe and lines , and all necessary appur- tenances : Described in attached Exhibit A , by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth in full . Grantor also grants , sells , transfers and conveys to Grantee herein a temporary wort: space , construcf;ion ,and repair easement consisting of a strip of land forty ( 40 ) Feet in width located twenty ( 20 ) feet on each side of the above described centerline . - Grantee agrees that it will indemnify, save and hold harmless the Grantor from any and all claims for damage to real and personal prop- erty and injuries to or death suffered by persons by reason of the construction , repair , maintenance or operation by the � o this sewer over Grantor ' s property . The Easement shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Grantee , lessees , personal representatives , heirs , successors and assigns .
