KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That Kurt Lamber-LO d t '`
Lamberton, husband and wife, of the City of Port
Townsend County of Jefferson Washin on
(hereinafter Grantor ) , for and in consideration of One Dollar ( $ 1 . 00 )
and other good and valuable consideration to it in cash in hand paid
by the City of Port Townsend , a municipal corporation and city of the
third class under the laws of Washington State (hereinafter Grantee ) ,
has granted , sold , transferred and conveyed , and by these presents
does grant, sell , transfer and convey to the Grantee in perpetuity an
Easement on, over, under and across the following described property
situate in Jefferson County, Washington, to construct , install , main-
tain , repair and operate , alter , renew, remove and replace under-
ground sanitary sewer mains , pipe and lines , and all necessary appur-
tenances :
Described in attached Exhibit A , by this reference
incorporated herein as if set forth in full .
Grantor also grants , sells , transfers and conveys to Grantee herein
a temporary wort: space , construcf;ion ,and repair easement consisting
of a strip of land forty ( 40 ) Feet in width located twenty ( 20 ) feet
on each side of the above described centerline . -
Grantee agrees that it will indemnify, save and hold harmless the
Grantor from any and all claims for damage to real and personal prop-
erty and injuries to or death suffered by persons by reason of the
construction , repair , maintenance or operation by the � o
this sewer over Grantor ' s property .
The Easement shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure
to the benefit of Grantee , lessees , personal representatives , heirs ,
successors and assigns .

EXHIBIT A TO SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION :
An easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer line
over , under , across and upon that portion of Section 33 , Township
31 North , Range 1 West ) W . M . , in Jefferson County , Washington ,
described as follows :
A strip of land 20 . 00 feet in width , the Easterly line of said
strip of land being the Easterly line of the land described in a
Real Estate Contract recorded under Auditor ' s- File No . 2207981
records of Jefferson County , Washington , and more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 35 of Eeaview Estates ,
Division No . it as per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats , page
25 , records of said Jeff'ersnn [;ount:y , Washington ;
thence North 68 degrees 09 ' 20" East , along the Southerly line of
Seaview Drive as shown on said plat , a distance of 30 . 00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning of the Easterly line of said strip of
land ;
thence South 21 degrees 50 ' 40" East , parallel with the Easterly
line of said Lot 35 , a distance of 232 . 07 feet ;
thence South OO degrees 20 ' 40" Fast , a distance of 569 . 33 feet to
an intersection with the Nort: hwo sterly line of Cook avenun as

Southerly terminus of the Easterly line of said strip of land .

shortened to terminate in the Northwesterly line of said Cook
Avenue .
