Lots I through 6, Block 44, being in the Supplemental Plat of Pettygrove's First Addition
to Port Townsend, as per Vol. I of Plats, page 36, records of Jefferson County, together
with those portions of vacant Q and Willow Streets as vacated under Ordinance #1775 of
the City of Port Townsend that would attach by operation of law; subject to easements of
record.
Easements:
Easement 1: Vernon 1. Garrison hereby grants and conveys, for the benefit of Lots 2 and 6,
Block 44, Supplemental Plat of Pettygrove's First Addition to Port Townsend, a mutual and non-
exclusive easement for ingress and egress to Lots 2 and 6 Block 44, Supplemental Plat of
Pettygroves First Addition to Port Townsend over and across the westerly 15 feet and the
northerly 30 feet of Lot 3, Block 44, Pettygroves I"addition to the City of Port Townsend. Said
easement corridor to remain open and accessible for emergency and fire vehicles at all times.
Improvements,Maintenance,and General Provisions:
Improvement or maintenance for mutual use and benefit of lots affected shall be mutually
shared.
