EVANS and JON D. o unmarried i �pal corporation for the benefit of THE CITY OF PORT TO W SEND, a Wash ngton mun and statutory city of the third class, and its assigns ("Grantee"), as follows, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the perpetual right in the nature of an easement over, upon, across, under and through the real property of Grantor described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference for the construction, installation, use, maintenance, repair, and replacement of water transmission lines and related appurtenances, including but not limited to a maintenance road for access to said water transmission lines, within a strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, being fifteen (15) feet on each side of the centerline of the existing Olympic Gravity Water System (OGWS) pipeline.
