hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and grants to the Grantee, the Lily
of Port Townsend, a Washington municipal corporation and its assigns, an easement under the
hereinafter described lands for the purpose of constructing, repairing, and maintaining a footing for
a wall, as depicted on the attached diagram called Exhibit B Wall Detail.
Said lands being situated in Jefferson County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
Description of Easement Area:
A strip 13" in width, commencing at the northeast corner of the property, and extending generally
southerly along the easterly property line a distance of approximately 36', as depicted on the
attached map called Exhibit A Easement Area.
