GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made this 11th day of August, 1997, by
WILLIAM L. WOLCOTT, DYANNA L. WOLCOTT, and STEPHEN H.
WOLCOTT ( "Grantor ") for the benefit of THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, a
Washington municipal corporation, and its assigns ( "Grantee ").
For and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby
acknowledged by Grantor, Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the
perpetual right in the nature of an easement over, upon, across, under and
through the real property of Grantor described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference for the construction, installation, use,
maintenance, repair, and replacement of pipe lines for the transmission of water,
with all connections, maintenance holes, maintenance roadway, and
appurtenances related to said pipe lines, including a right of access through
adjacent land of Grantor for construction purposes, such right of access being
limited to the duration of Grantee's construction activities. Grantee shall restore
Grantor's property to its condition immediately prior to the exercise of any rights
granted hereby.

Washington by Road Waivers recorded in Volume 1 of Road Waivers, page 376
and page 396.
