DECLARATION OF EASEMENT
THE GRANTOR, WIEHELM L.L.C., a Washington State Limited Liability
Company, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, owner of the real property located in the City of Port
Townsend, legally described as:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 1 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 18, SUPPLEMENTAL
PLAT OF PETTYGROVE'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, SECTION
2, NORTHWEST 1/4 SECTION, TOWNSHIP 30 N, RANGE 1 W, AS PER PLAT RECORDED
IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 36, RECORDS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
Tax Parcel #984901801
hereby grants, conveys, establishes and creates, in perpetuity, an
easement for ingress, egress and underground utilities on that portion
of the South half of said Lots 1 and 3. The location of said easement
shall be the driveway that exists as of the date of recording of this
easement (approximately 12 feet wide), along the easterly boundary of
Lot 1, as shown and particularly described in the diagram attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
Said easement is for the benefit of GRANTEE, WIEHELM L.L.C., a
Washington State Limited Liability Company, owner of the real property
legally described as:
LOTS 1 & 3 (NORTH 1/2 OF EACH), AND LOTS 2 & 4 (ALL), BLOCK 18 OF
PETTYGROVE'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, SECTION 2,
NORTHWEST 1/4 SECTION, TOWNSHIP 30 N, RANGE 1 W, ACCORDING TO VOLUME 1 OF
PLATS, PAGE 36, RECORDS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

This Declaration of Easement shall be binding upon the Grantor,
Grantor's heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and
the easement is acknowledged and declared to be a covenant running
with the above - described property. This easement shall benefit
Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns.
