QUIT CLAIM OF EASEMENT
The Grantor, the City of Port Townsend, for and in consideration of one
Dollar ' °($1.00)`and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged by the Grantor, does by these presents quit claim and
convey to The Bay; Vista Condominium Owner's Association any right, title or
interest Grantor may have in an easement for ingress, egress and - public
access` purposes described as follows on property situate in Jefferson County,
Washington:
A public pedestrian access easement over and across the
tidelands adjacent to Lots 1 to 4 inclusive and Tidelands
Tax District 87, in Block 17 of L.B. Hastings First Addition'
to the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington,
and over and across the sidewalk fronting,; the Northeastern or
water side of Lots '1 and 3 of Block 17 of L.B. Hastings 'First
Addition to The City',of Port Townsend and Tideland Tax
District 87.
