The Grantors, Joshua Sage and Wendi E. Sages husband and wife;
and for and in consideration of and pursuant to City of Port Townsend
Ordinance No. 2146, hereby grants, conveys and transfers to the
Grantee, the City of Port Townsend, a municipal corporation and
city of the third class under the laws of Washington State, an
easement, over, under, through and upon the following described
real property situate in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson
County, Washington:
As set forth in attached Exhibit A, which is by this refer-
ence incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
The Grantors warrant that they are the true and lawful ovmers
in fee of the real property over which the easement herein is
granted, and are authorized and empowered to grant, convey and
transfer to the Grantee good title to said easement, free and
clear of all liens, encumbrances, reservations or restrictions.

"DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER
AND SANITARY SEWER TRANSMISSION AND SERVICE FACILITIES."
An easement for the installation and maintenance of water and
sanitary sewer transmission and service facilities, lying 7.5 feet
on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 4, James H.
Hussey's Addition to the City of Port Townsend, per plat thereof
recorded in Volume 1 of Flats, at page 26 Records of Jefferson
County, Washington; As located and depicted upon survey recorded
in Volume 7 of surveys, at page 91 Records of Jefferson County,
Washington; thence N. 89 °- 271- 09 "E., along the Northerly limits of
said lot 8, a distance of 68.38 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of said centerline; thence S. 20 °- 301- 41 "E., A distance of 158.22
feet to the Northerly margin of a 12.50 foot by 30 foot turnaround
easement granted to the City of Port Townsend under Auditor's Fee
Number 317016, in Volume 264 at page 429, Records of Jefferson
County, Washington, and TERMINUS of said described centerline.
Situate in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington.
