The Grantor, Convenience Retailers LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company,
formerly known as PCF Acquisition Co. LLC, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
and NO /100 - -- ($10.00) - -- Dollars, and other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency of
which is acknowledged, hereby convey(s) and grant(s) unto the City of Port Townsend, a
Washington municipal corporation and its assigns, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's
exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain, an easement over, under, upon and across the
hereinafter described lands for the purpose of a road and utility easement.
Said lands being situated in Jefferson County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

Also, the undersigned hereby requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to set -over
