along the east line thereof a distance of 32 -feet to the true point of beginning of said
easement; thence West, along the existing sewer line a distance of 77 -feet, more or less, to a
point where the existing side sewer line splits; thence southwest along the south branch of
the sewer line a distance of 12 -feet, more or less, terminating at a point on the south line of
Parcel A.
