Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the perpetual right in the nature of an easement ten feet in width, over, upon, across, under and through real property of Grantor described as follows: The southwesterly corner of Lot 4, Block 3 of the Monogram Addition to the City of Port Townsend, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 13, records of Jefferson County, Washington. The centerline of the easement hereby granted Beginning at a point on the south boundary of said Lot 4 that is twenty (20) feet easterly of the southeasterly corner of said Lot and extending northwesterly to a point on the West boundary of said Lot that is twenty (20) feet northerly of the southeasterly corner of said lot. Assessor's Tax Parcel No. 972600301 This easement is for the construction, installation, use, maintenance, repair, and replacement of a sewer line, including a temporary right of use and access over and upon adjacent land of Grantor for construction purposes, such temporary right being limited to the duration of Grantee's construction activities.
