THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made this 0 day of

1994, by LLOYD R. CAMPBELL and LYNETTE M. CAMPBELL, husband and wife,
("Grantor") for the benefit of THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, a Washington municipal
corporation and statutory city of the third class, and its assigns ( "Grantee "), as follows:
for and in consideration of permission by Grantee to develop a portion of the right -of -way
for Jackman Street, as dedicated in the plat of Bracken's Addition to the City of Port
Townsend, to provide access to Grantor's unplatted real property adjacent to said plat,
Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the perpetual right in the nature of an-
easement over, upon, across, under and through the real property of Grantor, as
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The easement hereby granted and conveyed is subject to termination as specified in
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference

EXHIBIT A
An easement for access purposes over and across that
portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 31
North, Range 1 West, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of that certain
parcel as conveyed by Terrill Bruneau to Lynnette Campbell
by deed recorded under Jefferson County Auditor's File
Number 348105, said point being on the centerline of
Jackman Street as shown on the Plat of Bracken's Addition
to Port Townsend, as recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page
89, records of Jefferson County, Washington; running
thence Westerly along the South line of said Bracken's
Addition, 60 feet; running thence Southerly at a right
angle to said South line a distance of 60 feet; running
thence Easterly parallel to said South line 120 feet;
running thence Northerly at a right angle to the last
aforementioned line 60 feet to the said South line of
Bracken's Addition; running thence Westerly along said
South line 60 feet, more or less'to the point of beginning.
