AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF EASEMENT
Agreement made, effective as of 1—J-1- � � cc /I , .... , 2C) a73 ,
by and between CLARENCE and MARILYN BRAMHALL, a marital community,
hereinafter referred to as BRAMHALLS, of 3039 Spring Street, Port
Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington, 98368 and GREG and REBECCA
FOREMAN, a marital community, hereinafter referred to as FOREMANS,
of 2913 Spring Street, Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington,
The parties agree as follows:
I. RECITALS
BRAMHALLS and FOREMANS have an interest in adjoining real
estate situated in the City of Port Townsend, County of Jefferson,
State of Washington and described, respectively, as follows:
Lots 1 through 7 and the westerly one -half of Lot 8 in
Block 8 of Learned's Second Addition to the City of Port
Townsend, Washington, recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page
48, Records of Jefferson County, Washington. (BRAMHALLS)
The easterly one -half of Lot 8 and Lots 9 and 10 in Block
8 of Learned's Second Addition, City of Port Townsend,
Washington, and recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 48,
Records of Jefferson County, Washington. (FOREMANS)
II. CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
BRAMHALLS hereby agree to grant and convey to FOREMANS, for
purposes of ingress and egress, an easement over and across the
property owned by BRAMHALLS, such easement being more fully
described as a strip of land:

Thirteen and forty -seven one - hundredths (13.47) feet
measured North from the southerly boundary of Lots 1
and 2, and Thirteen and forty -seven one - hundredths
(13.47) feet measured North from the southerly
boundary of the easterly one -half of Lot 3, and
running parallel to the existing designated
fifteen -foot alley.
III. MAINTENANCE
FOREMANS agree to maintain the ingress and egress easement
described above.
IV. CONSIDERATION
FOREMANS agree to pay to BRAMHALLS Ten Dollars ($10.00) for
said easement upon execution of this Agreement. Upon such payment,
BRAMHALLS agree to convey said easement to FOREMANS.
V. EASEMENT TO RUN WITH THE LAND
This grant of easement shall run with the land and shall be
binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties to this
agreement, their respective heirs, successors, or assigns.
VI. NOTICES
Any notice concerning this agreement shall be in writing and
be deemed sufficiently given when sent by certified or registered
mail if sent to the respective address of each party as set forth
as the beginning of the Agreement.
VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between
the parties and any prior understanding or representation of any
kind preceding the date of this agreement shall not be binding on
either party except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement.

VIII. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
Any modification of this Agreement or additional obligation
assumed by either party in connection with the Agreement shall be
binding only if evidenced in writing signed by each party or an
authorized representative of each party.
IN WITNESS whereof , each party to this Agreement has caused it
to be executed at Port Townsend, Washington on the date indicated
below.
