HomeMy WebLinkAboutB&N Company of Poulsbo, WashingtonDurachlor anodes, five hundred feet long, (approximately thirty -two anodes) installed underground in a line approximately parallel to the adjacent road, and it is for the doing and maintenance of the proposed work that this instrument is executed. It is understood and agreed that the underground installation shall be adequately covered. The cable and anodes shall be a depth sufficient to permit plowing or other cultivation of the areas used (not less than two(2) feet), and the area will be restored as near as can be to the state of original usefulness, also the two ends of this row OF anodes will be marked by suitable posts above ground. AND, there is further hereby given and granted to said party of the second part, and its successors, the right to go upon said land from time to time and uncover enough of the anodes, so as to determine their condition, and to replace them when worn out. (In this connection, let it be said that the life expectancy of such anodes as these is from 10 to 20 years.) This easement supersedes easement recorded in Volume 142 of Deeds, pages 436 -437 (May 1, 1956).
